​We want to ensure that while our clinical team support the patients’ needs, we are also able to offer a warm and friendly welcome to clients. This involves providing effective communications internally and organising our diary so that we can provide the best advice and accurate information to our clients.

​The roles involve shift work, with the latest shift up to 10.30pm and a regular weekend rotation. Due to the nature of the role, part-time hours can be across different days each week, and a level of flexibility is required.

​As well as a high level of face-to-face client care, there is also a large amount of phone and written communication to our clients, and these methods of communication must be treated as equally as professionally.

​You will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing the email inbox, paperwork filing, daily banking and liaising with insurance companies.

The team are looking for a competent GP vet who is able to jump straight in with routine surgeries, including bitch spays and dentals.

Wanstead Veterinary Hospital provides an excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral service to our clients and local network of 20 branches and works to the highest clinical standards.

There is state of the art diagnostic support, with a CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site.
